Returns

* You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
* We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
